We put love and care into every handmade piece, and we want you to feel the same joy when it reaches your hands. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with tags/packaging intact.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color or pattern are not considered defects and are part of what makes your item unique.
📦 In the unlikely event that your product(s) arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at customercare@bellekriti.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order ID.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
